In recent weeks, the Arcadyx team has been doubly rewarded for its expertise, through two projects carried out in its business areas: customer experience (CRM - Salesforce ) and product experience (PIM - Akeneo) šš

Salesforce awarded us the āOutstanding New Logo Winā prize , recognizing the work accomplished by our team with a major private bank in Geneva, as part of a project around āPrivate Equityā.
āPXM Champion Award ā Expansionā by Akeneo
On April 1st, Akeneo: The Product Experience Company recognized our collaboration with FELCO SA at the Akeneo Unlock 2025 conference in DĆ¼sseldorf. We were recognized for implementing an Akeneo PIM as part of a large-scale e-commerce replatforming project . Find out more details about this project in the rest of this article.

The award highlights an ambitious project that has simplified FELCO SA 's product information management , facilitating its global digital expansion, while meeting its long-standing sustainability commitments.
š Sustainable international expansion
FELCO SA 's goal was to sustainably expand its presence, moving from a focus on 10 main markets to 168 markets worldwide. A key aspect of this initiative was the emphasis on spare parts, offering customers the option to choose repairs over replacements, helping to reduce environmental impact.
āØThis project has enabled us to:
š¹ Expand FELCO SA 's international presence from 10 to 168 markets in less than 6 months,
š¹ Centralize and structure product data to ensure consistent management in each market
š¹ Accelerate time-to-market, allowing new products to be put online in just a few hours
š¹ Optimize product activation across all distribution channels
š¹ Encourage repair with better visibility of spare parts
